I read the article Bekka.  Let me know if you are going to send a response.
I am working on one also.  It is TOTALLY  UNACCEPTABLE for the ADA to
publish an article with such incorrect terminology.  Even if we were to
assume that the medicine was glucagon, they should have never worded it that
"Seth walked into his dad's bedroom and saw Mark Ritter shaking. He had
fallen into a diabetic coma. "

I have also had people (co-workers) ask me how much they "should bolus me"
when my bg is low.  I know how you feel.
