[IP] support groups

Think about what is being said here:
1. On the pump you could grams of carbs for every meal and then bolus 
for them.
2. It shouldn't matter how much you eat, the bolus, if correct, should 
keep your BGs from rising too far.
3. If your basals are adjusted correctly, you should be able to skip 
meals for an entire day without having your BGs vary by more than 30 points.
4. The books, including Pumping Insulin, all indicate that pumps allow 
you to miss meals and eat off schedule without bad side effects such as 
high BGs or hypoglycemia.

It seems to me that the type 2 diabetic you talked to had been fed some 
mis-information about pumping and eating larger than usual meals.
