[IP] Re: Medicare and preferred tubing length



I was told by a Medicare rep at Disetronics that if you need something
different from the Medicare "prescribed" supplies, a prescription from your
doctor will work.  I've only been on the pump about a month and so far the
31" tubing and 10 infusion sets have worked for me.  I don't understand
Medicare thoughts on this because they cost the same regardless of length.
Of course I don't understand a lot!  Gilda, who is also on Medicare
