Re: [IP] re:gaining weight

    I lost 20 lbs. of weight that I had gained over the last 10 years by 
eating approximately 25% less carbs, and bolusing accordingly. It took about 
4 months to loose this much weight.
    I feel great, and my blood pressure came down. I also exercise 1 hour 
each day/7 days a week.
