RE: [IP] RE:carb ratio/high am

Well, this goes back to the question, of
is it the cereal or the milk. I know that
if I eat dry life cereal in the morning I am fine.
But if I add 2/3 c skim milk(8g Carb) I have the spike. I found
I don't have as drastic a spike with 2% and virtually
no spike with whole milk. It is probably the high
fat content that spreads it out? I also am a picky
eater and don't like whole or 2% milk. Big skim
milk fan, so I deal with the spike. That and don't
eat cereal all the time.

Best of luck,
Sherry
