Yup. YMMV, bigtime!!

One of the reasons I tend to be reluctant to post numbers. 

But I really do think there's something to be said for: just like you
use whatever amount of water is necessary to put out a fire, you use
whatever amount of insulin is necessary to get your BGs in a good range!
