Dawn, if your SOFTCLIX is malfunctioning, call the 800 phone number on your
pump.  Roche has always been good about replacing defective equipment.  I
also have the SoftTouch, and they've replaced it 4 times already when it's
broken.  Call them, they'll send you a new one with a prepaid label to
return the old one to them.
