[IP] Re: Help please -weight loss


a good way to lose weight is through weight watchers. it's not like a diet,
it teaches you how to eat healthier, and have a healthier lifestyle.  you
can eat foods you enjoy, but you learn how to eat in moderation, etc.
i am also in college, age 22... i have crazy hours and this seems to work
for me pretty well. 
another suggestion...eat breakfast! your boday doesn't start metabolizing
until it gets some food in it, so it's best to eat something in the
morning, to get the body "up and running."

let me know if you want anymore advice. i've lost 30 pounds on weight
