Ouch!! My PT said that this procedure would be a last resort. Sometimes it 
can backfire and cause more problems in the future. When I was seeing my PT, 
it was 2-3 times a week and exercises to do twice a day at home as well. It 
takes some time but better than the "last resort" !!
