Dear Leesa-

Well it sounds like you need a new endo.  At this stage of the game the Dr.'s 
at the Joslin center were very very available to us at any hour.  You should 
have been told to expect many lows at first and to have Glucagon available to 
you and someone to be able to administer it.  You will have alot of adjusting 
to do so don't be afraid to call them anytime, you should have been told to 
contact them daily at first anyway.  We saw them at the office everyday the 
first 3 days then weekly for a while and talked to them every couple days in 
between as well as faxing readings to them for the first month and 1/2.  
Things do get better but it takes a while, hang in there and good luck, 
please email privately if you have any questions.
