The insurance company said they would look into correcting the problem and
contact me once it was fixed. I'm not holding my breath.

We paid full price for the product--not much choice, since my daughter (12)
won't insert her set without it. I will be submitting the receipt to the
insurance company for reimbursement.

I've tried to access Emla site, can't.  I'll be they'd love to know
