If you mean the kind like at Starbucks, where it is presweetened, then I
have a suggestion.  They started selling it pre-made in boxes (like a really
big drink box) for mixing at home.  I *think* that it was something like 20g
for 4 oz (syrup only -- add the milk carbs too).  If you can't check at your
local Starbucks next time, let me know and I will make a trip there to get
you the exact info.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone might know the carb count for chai tea - the kind
made with steamed milk you can get at coffee shops. I really like it, but
don't have a clue what to estimate for it (I know at least 12 for the milk,
but ...). Any ideas?
