[IP] ethyl chloride

I have never seen anyone discuss the merits of ethyl chloride as a means to
deaden an area to insert an infusion. It is like a spray freezing agent
but it can be sold to Doc's only. another non-I-P list pumper who is a
surgical nurse has used it in surgical procedures and her son uses it for

EMLA takes 2 hours before the infusion can be put in. That is real
difficult with our schedule.
