David, I don't think that your alarms will be any problem. The loud alarm is when you run out of insulin and this can be avoided. I am sure you will love the pump. It has given us all alot more flexibility then we use to have. I was wondering??? Are you the David Matthews of the Dave Matthews Band???? Just curious? Becky
