I am just wondering what brand on cgms this is? I have a Dexcom 7Plus and
when my sensor is up on day 7 - I just go to "start new sensor" on the
transmitter and it starts the couple hour calibration and starts just like a
brand new sensor - no removing or re-inserting anything. The transmitter for
the Dex is separate and gets recharged on its own - separate from the sensor -
whenever it needs a recharge - just like a cell phone. I have never removed
my sensor and replaced the same one - however I have gotten two weeks - and
sometimes even more - out of one sensor - some times the second week is even
much more accurate.
YMMV
