 Jelly Bellies were the only thing that my "Pre-Pump Suffering From Low-Blood
Sugar Me" would even consider eating when in the midst of a disastrous low. My
S.O. could always get me to eat them. Getting me to eat other things when out of
my mind due to a low was always spotty.

Jelly bellies are actually very convenient for treating lows that 
aren't too extreme, as they are almost exactly 1 g carb per bean with 
no fat or protein.
