I Have to agree with Virginia as well. I have found that when my fasting BG
(first thing in AM) is low, my whole day is usually better then if it is high.
I have also found that If I keep the snack away after say 8 pm, it will be
that way. But if I get into the cookies, or chips, Fagedaboutit. I'll be in
the 160 range on awaking.;
