[IP] carb counting and fiber



I have been told for years.. Since I went from the exchange diet to counting
carbs, that is
IF something has 6g or more of carbs per serving, then only remove 1/2 the
carbs.
example:
taco bell bean burrito has
calories: 350
Fat: 9
carb: 54
fibre: 8
protein: 13g

Therefore I will bolus for 54 minus 4 or 50g cho.
But because of the fat content I will do a combo bolus for 8 hours (I do not
digest quickly and 99% of my food is combo for 6 hours or longer).
