Have had a few that registered "no delivery" when disconnected and  priming.

The only other problems I have experienced were pretty much  rookie errors.

Has anyone had trouble  with the quickset infusion sets recently?  I keep
getting bent  cannulas and other issues with sites and am wondering if
others
are having  problems as well.
