 Lisa, it looked like you could also *take it along* and be able to drink water
whenever you are away from home. I, too, used to be a big diet drink user, but
mainly drink water now, and prefer it to everything else. I paid a dearly due to
get to this point, though, with the kidney stones which were all large ones.
Never thought I would be one who *preferred* water to other drinks, even my
Southern iced tea! LOL

But at least you can't take the paint off a car with it or get gunk off a 
car battery.  I've had to do that to get the battery out at WalMart. Anyway, 
I'm encouraged by the fact that it's in flavirs I enjoy.
I drink caffinated soda so if it can get me off that by the taste then I'll 
try anything.  The soda doesn't effect my bg's either.
I tend to go at least a week without drinking any water, so anything will be 
an improvement
