Re: [IP] Water Sensations

I got to drinking water when all of my kidney stones were discovered, and I had
to push it hard after the lithotripsies. I now drink at *least* four 20 oz
bottles a day, plus a Zero Sprite sometimes for diversion.

These Water Sensations sound a lot like the fruit-flavored water drinks my
husband used to get from Wal-Mart, but he, too, is drinking water along with me
now. My diabetes seems to be *helping* him since he has changed his eating
habits to follow mine; he is the chief cook so eating anything else would me
double cooking for him. He has learned the lower-carb cooking very well, and is
losing weight on it, too, which inspires him.

These Water Sensations don't seem to be any different than diet soda,

I've never noticed diet drinks affecting my BG but I feel better
drinking water.
