No, this meter does NOT give a low battery signal.. It just won't turn on.
I ALWAYS carry spare batteries in the case for this reason.

Hi Friends,

Just a quick question. How often do you change out the
battery on the meter you use? Seem like the one in the
ultra my daughter uses 10 X daily has lasted for a
least a year.

Does this meter give a low battery signal?
