RE: [IP] Andy

MM is very good at emergency pump problems. There 24 hour emergency service
works great. The rest of there service from sales of additional infusion
sets to all other aspects of there service are poor to non existant

As for MM and customer service/care, at 4:30am this morning I had a alarm
for a E21, which deleted everything in my pump. I was lost for a minute
so I called the 800 number, and within 3 minutes was up and running.
Since this was a very unusual error the mailed me a new pump today, that
I will recieve Mon morning. This was my first problem ever in almost 2
years, and they quick, efficient, and extremely helpful to me. Great job
MM!!

if I were buying a new pump. MM has become very unsatisfactory to
patients needs in the past year and 1/2. -------Original Message-------

to the subject of insulin pumps and infusion sets I can't really comment,
except to say that I wonder why the Paradigm has the proprietary
connection. Possibly so that users are forced to only buy their products?
I have no clue what the answer is, but that is one reason I I discounted
that model for my choice, that and a few other issues....which we won't
go into. Margo Margo, I am sure that the Disetronic Infusion Sets are MM
Infusion Sets. There Classic, Steel Needle is a Bent needle and won't
work for a thin guy like me :( . Thanks for Trying.
