RE: [IP] Minimed Customer Service



I thought the original post was more about customer service than a complaint
about battery costs. i.e. the subject line.......
If I remember correctly, Gale said he/she called MM a total of 4 times and
each time was told that the batteries would be sent out right away. And
didn't ever get them.

Don't complain to Minimed about batteries; they are so inexpensive anyway.
You can buy them at Home Depot very cheaply.  The cost of a long distance
call to Minimed far outweighs the cost of buying them yourself.
