I have had that problem with multiple companies, though not minimed.  They
all say it takes weeks to return the money- funny how it only takes seconds
for them to TAKE your money.  I have noticed minimed's customer service
declining rapidly recently.  I mentioned it to someone I talked to about the
most recent order and of course no reply...I chose minimed in the first
place because of the excellent service I had heard about and received.  Oh
well.
