You need to get the NDC # for all your supplies that you use. Minimed will
give them to you if you ask. These are individual numbers to products that
are available by prescription. They have a weird way of naming the pump
supplies so by name will not help much. When I get home tonight I can post
the NDC # that I have for what I use.

When I got the prescriptions for the supplies from the doctor I had him
write the NDC# on the RX.
