Fran is correct in her statements. Depression is NOT easily treatable for
many people.
We have a family member whose doctor has prescribed all of the
antidepressants and the medications aren't able to work for them.
Combinations have been tried. The combination used now is barely helping. It
is very very frustrating for both the doctor and the person.
If anyone has depression that is being treated successfully that is
wonderful! But many people do not respond to medications and it is very very
difficult.
