I had the exact same problem.  I thought it was just me - interesting that
you experienced the same thing.  I have only been pumping since February.  I
gave up on the quick-sets and am using the silhouettes without a problem.  I
wasted too many and also worried about them not working right.  Mine also
worked on my right but not my left - isn't that weird???  Seemed every I
inserted on my left it either came out or I hit a vein or something (and it
hurt a lot).  It truly wasn't worth the aggravation for me.
