Furbee,
It is my understanding there are two different Minimed places to call for
supplies -  California & Florida.  I call California to get mine & a friend
of mine who lives in my town calls Florida, so obviously it is not a
regional thing.  I live in Michigan.  I don't know if there is any
difference, but you never know.  I have not had a problem getting or
returning anything.  I was shipping back sets & ordering different ones
until I figured what I wanted to use.  I ended up using Silhouettes - they
work best for me.  National Diabetic Pharmacy (where I purchase my test
strips) also sells Minimed supplies.  I'll get the numbers for any of these
places if you would like them.
