[IP] lab tests

Subject: [IP] lab results

Just some technical questions:
what does the creatinine test measure and what is the importance of it
is 0.8)? measures quality of kidney function. the numbers go up as your
kidneys fail to clear waste products from your blood. 0.8 is very good.
what is the normal range? 0.7 to 1.2 (some labs differ)
what is the normal range for potassium (mine is 4.7)? 3.2 to 5.2 in some
labs different values are normal
Labs calculate normals based on thousands of tests done on peope with no
known diseses. All "normals" are nominal values based on these results.
There are no real "normal values" so to speak. numbers derived from Albert
Einstein Mdical Center Northern Division, Philadelphia Pa,
and Bergen Pines County Hospital, Paramus NJ Pascack Valley hospital,
Westwood, NJ Labs and corrected for number oof beds during averaging.
Warning Figures prepared by professional lab rat on closed course, Do not
attempt this analysis, maybe dangerous to life and limb.
