Okay, in case everyone doesn't know, I LOVE TIRAMISU and have eaten it quite 
often since pumping.  I've read that 5oz is about 37 carbs but also 36 
fat...LOL   Anyway, I'm wondering what you bolus for tiramisu for those who 
eat it?  I have always given 2 to 2.5 units (1:17 ratio) and corrected later 
and have had pretty good results.  Just wondering what anyone else does....
