My advise, and its JMO, is to NOT openly disclose the D, but however, NEVER
lie or deny it either.
They should NOT ask you directly(Fair labor practices act, EEO, etc.) But if
they give you a offer or job,
And then release you and you did NOT DISCLOSE WHEN ASKED DIRECTLY - then you
If on the other hand, you just don't make an issue of it, don't lie, just
don't directly disclose, then if they release you
You have a big EEO, ADA law suit in your favor...
