As with anything - moderation is the key. It is possible to be too low in
potassium so staying in range is *excellent.* My mom had to have IV potassium.
Also, each lab's values may differ. Strive for the *norm*. If you have either
a too high or too low problem, a chart of foods and their potassium contents
is on the Foods list of www.insulin-pumpers.org  (~_^)
