[IP] pump supplies

Congratulations on deciding to use a pump. You will
love the freedom it gives you - to eat what you want,
when you want - never to have to worry about 'feeding'
the insulin you took earlier in the day.

You were worried about having to carry all the
equipment to do an infusion set change with you all
the time. You don't have to do that - you can carry a
syringe, draw the insulin from the pump in the
syringe, and give yourself shots until you are
somewhere where it is convenient to change the
infusion set. Or continue to purchase pens and carry
one of them with you just in case.
I have been pumping for 4 1/2 years and have only had
one occlusion alarm.

Of course, everyone's experiences are different.
Don't worry about carrying the supplies -
