geneva also increased her carb ratio for breakfast foods in general...as
waffles and bagels do the same thing to her as the cereals.

but she kept her basals the same.   seems that the higher carb ratio takes
care of it.  USUALLY...not always.

also...since she does the velosulin/humalog mix,  there is a bit of a tail
on the V which helps around 2 hours PP.
