[IP] standardized testing accomodations

The law says that you should be accomodated in the least restrictive most
integrated way possible.  You can fully participate in all programs and they
must reasonably change their programs and policies to accomodate you.  I take
that as being in with the "normal" people unless it is impossible.  And it is
not impossible.

I think it is reasonable to modify the no eating rule.  Tell em to stick that in
their pipe and smoke it.  Tell em that extracting you from the regular program
into a special program is discriminatory and a reasonable accomodation is to let
you treat lows if that happens.
