Joe vomits after a seizure and Glucagon. 
Jessica of course,is allergic to glucagon and stopped breathing after we gave

Well, actually, it makes sense: one of the side-effects of glucagon is
nausea and vomiting -- and if someone's body is producing glucagon in
response to a low, then the nausea would be a believable result. 

Too much adrenaline can also nauseate you, and adrenaline is also
produced in response to a low.
