According to the information I have on the MiniMed 507, it delivers the
basal insulin in equal increments across the whole hour.  That would
mean at 0.1 per hour basal it would only deliver once an hour.  If you
programmed a 1.0 per hour basal THEN it would deliver every six minutes.

<< It doesn't matter what your basal rate is set at, the set basal is
in increments:   One tenth of the basal every six minutes with MiniMed
and 1/20 every three minutes with the Disetronic.
