Tes-Tape is my choice too Barbara.  I've done it for years, and while I
haven't caught too many goofs, it is reassuring to me.  I dib;t always carry
it anymore because I have discovered that I can tell if it is diet in the
first half of a mouthful -- the "real stuff" is sooooo thick!
