Hypafix tape might be very helpful. Also, Skin Prep as a barrier.  Use the
Hypafix in a "sandwich " method....Tape down first...set inserted through
it...Hypafix on top...don't forget to fold it in fourths and snip off a
section of the folded corner so that you have a hole in the middle when
Silhouetes have a similar tape material as the Hypafix...try one to see if you
get the same skin reaction...maybe, it might work better for you.  Good luck.
