kidney complications afoot and get a green light to try to become more

Then:  buy a pedometer, or use an app for that on your smartphone (I like
Moves on the iPhone which used to be free - not sure these days).

Your goal?  Each day you have to walk farther than yesterday, even if only
by one step.  You get one day a week to do nothing.

Baby steps can make all the difference in the world.

The progress is and will be slow - but the key thing?  Progress is
progress, no matter what the rate!
