I'm gonna start doing this. It is easy enough to do and I always end up
landing at my destination low. And like the previous person, alcohol causes my
bg to go lower as well.

During my travels I never disconnected either. B The troubles I had were due
mostly to the time changes in international travel. B Alcohol usually lowers
my BS, unless of course I drink sweet liquors.
