Re: [IP] Study shows some T1's don't get complications

I haven't seen this paper yet, so I can't answer your questions. There
was a PREVIOUS report, published online in Diabetes, "Residual Insulin
Production and Pancreatic Beta Cell Turnover after 50 Years of
Diabetes: Joslin Medalist Study", on August 10, 2010, by Hillary A.
Keenan, Jennifer K. Sun, Jared Levine, Alessandro Doria, Lloyd P.
Aiello, George Eisenbarth, Susan Bonner Weir, and George L. King.

Tom Beatson
dx 12/1942, current pump = Animas Ping, previous pumps = 506, 508, Cozmo
I haven't had a chance to read the whole study.
Did they have any correlations to number of blood tests/day, past A1C
levels, if patients were seeing endo, CNE, or gp?, how many injections
day did they start with, and average to?
I would like to see those correlations.
