Well, it is something in the sandwich. In the past week, I've skipped
the
cottage cheese, which has 17g of carbs, and that made no difference.
Today, I
had left overs from St. Paddy's day. Corned Beef, Potatoes (40g of
carbs) and
cottage cheese. Virtually identical nutritional value to my regular
turkey
sandwich and cottage cheese. I did a normal bolus, which worked out
fine. So, it
is down to these four ingredients:

2 Slices of bread - 40g of Carbs
3 oz of sliced oven roasted turkey breast (Boars Head brand)
1 slice (2oz) lacy swiss cheese (also Boars Head)
1 tsp of low fat mayo

I guess I need to cut them one at a time? Which is the most likely
culprit? Can
you tell I love to experiment? :)
