I grew up in Westchester (Scarsdale) and moved to Rockland in 1980. My
Sister lives in White Plains. Taxes in White Plains is very reasonable when
compared to the rest of westchester due to the large tax support of the
commercial district. Cost to buy a house in Westchester is High. If you
can't afford it, Rockland is between there and Franklyn Lakes where BD is
located. I live in Suffern, NY (not 15 minutes from there). If I can help,
let me know.

My hubby is applying for a job at BD. Figured if we were looking for
better
benefits, we should be safe with them. The job is in Franklin Lakes, NJ,
but
we would want to live near deaf school in White Plains, NY. Wanted some
help
