Re: [IP] novolog/not formulary

Blue cross/Blue shield covers it with a letter of
approval.  I can't remember who exactly generated the
letter.  I just know that after the first time I had
the Rx filled I got a letter in the mail stating that
it was off formulary, but approved for 1 year.
