Re: [IP] A1C Fasting Question



The only reason I can see for fasting is that your doctor wants to have
other blood tests run, such as Cho, Lipids, things like that do require
fasting. The A1C does not. I just got lab results yesterday - my A1C has
gone up while everything else has improved. Go figure.
