Pure shame your MD didn't know how to use a PDR or check with a pharmacist.
There were numerous ACE inhibitors available 5 years ago.  Some that come to
mind quickly: Zestril, Monopril, Captopril.  In fact, believe Captopril was
the first ACE used in studies to see if ACE inhibitors would be renal
