High BGs is not the only thing that will give you keytones.  An infection, 
illness,  and a few other things can cause a person to have keytones.  If you 
don't check for keytones even when you are within range, you can become 
ketonic (SP?) and become very sick.  Josh rarely throws keytones, even with 
some very high BGs.  But let him get sick, even with in-range BGs and he will 
have KTs that make him feel sicker.  Don't be fooled....high BGs is not the 
only reason for KTs.
