With Hubby, two different Endos, 800 miles apart with no knowledge of each
other, both told Hubby he's "brittle", and both explained it as hard to
control with an extreme sensitivity at times to even small changes in
insulin dosage. Neither ever accused Hubby of non-compliance. Both based
it on each having had him do a 3-day stint of getting up/going to bed same
time, eating same foods (yep, exactly the same menu for 3 days) at the same
meal times, same exercise, etc.
